COVID-19 Updates

In an effort to ensure the safety of our staff and clients, we are utilizing low-contact service to all our clients for all pet care needs.

Starting May 16, 2022, we will be offering in-person AND curbside appointments.

Appointment Arrival

  • Please text us when you arrive and let us know if you prefer curbside or in-person for your pet’s appointment.
  • You will be asked pre-screening questions.

Curbside Protocol

  • After you text us upon your arrival a member of our staff will meet you outside to transport your pet inside the building.
  • Cats must be in a secure carrier with NO personal belongings or blankets. If your pet cannot be safely transferred to the clinic your appointment will be rescheduled.
  • At the conclusion of your pet’s exam, we will call you via phone to discuss a summary of the visit including treatment authorization, if needed. We will also take payment over the phone and any discharge instructions. We can also email this information to you. Please allow extra time as these new processes will impact workflow.

In-Person Protocol

  • After you text us upon your arrival a member of our staff will greet you in the parking lot and escort you and your pet into the building/exam room.
  • Masks are required when inside the hospital.
  • At the conclusion of your pet’s exam, someone from our team will complete check out in the exam room before escorting you back to your vehcile.
